I still love Vera Wong. When I saw there was going to be a sequel I was thrilled. The first part of the story did leave me to wonder if we needed a sequel, but I still enjoyed the time with Vera. However as the story went on I appreciated the mystery of the story. The turn was way darker than I would’ve thought given the tone of the book cover but I think it was well balanced from reality and humor. I look forward to the next Vera adventure
