Great story
3.5 stars. This book is the story of a marine fighting in Fallujah who adopts
a stray dog. The two are an unlikely pair but we can all understand the connection between a person and his much loved pet. It is a connection that is impossible to break. Parts of this book are hard to read, especially some of the insights into the real situation in Iraq during the early 2000's. But it was a great story and the dog lives in the end!
