Carrier of the Mark by Leigh Fallon

Carrier Trilogy by Leigh Fallon

Now I loved this book but it reminded me of Twilight.

I get the whole forbidden love thing. Don't get mew wrong I love it. But Megan towards the end got really depended on Adam and it annoyed me. (I think more the fact that I don't have a Boyfriend and that book characters do, I tend to just hate them for it >.<)

The idea for this book was original. Though I read books about the four elements, this wasn't like the others. So much history behind the marked and Royal bloods. I am still reeling from it!

I don't usually do this but I really liked the characters from this book:

Adam ~ Dark sexy and Mysterious. I love his personality and how he is protective of Megan and his family. Though rumors about his family he goes to school like he rules the place.

Megan ~ American born girl, who was marked after her mothers death. From the first day she started at her new high school she fell helplessly in love with Adam. Though she was depended on Adam, she was stubborn and strong headed.

Aine ~ She was my favorite. She reminds me of Alice Cullen, a cute little pixie with a black bob and a sweet little face. She lightens the mood and several times I laughed at things she said. Her and Adam are twins and you see their connection through the way they torture each other.

Raine ~ I don't have much to say about him. I just a picture a big muscular "collage student"

All in all this book was great and if I could trade places with Megan, I would in a heart beat. Now it is time for me to go off and find my Adam.
