I skimmed this book mostly.
I agree with another reviewer: it's (more than) a bit unrealistic for a virgin who hasn't seen a guy in 5 years to seek out 2 guys to teach her all about threesomes so she can finally be with a guy who doesn't even like her and, again, she hasn't even seen in 5 years.
