For a book focused on saving the world and creating a greener planet, it emphasizes the foods that require ridiculous resources to make (almond milk) and have a massive carbon footprint to get to the US. So many recipes depended on produce that have no connection with local produce possibilities that we didn't bother. Really disappointing.
