I struggled with this book for the first 20% of it and nearly dnf'd it. Instead I put it down for a few months and came back to it when I was in a better reading frame of mind. After I picked it back up, I had trouble putting it down. I'm not sure if my difficulties in the beginning were due to the story or myself.
