This was my first book of the year and idk if any other book can top this one.

I loved Morgan and Lincoln so much! They're definitely my new fav book couple. The way Lincoln described loosing little Morgan and how he FELT that she wasn't dead had me bawling my eyes out. I loved everything they did, every little scene down to how he kissed her hairline. They're so in tune, just reading it made me feel so many things.
I started thinking Gabe was a little suspicious when he claimed he "didn't know" the latin, but I didn't want it to be true, so I kept crossing my fingers. But when he didn't attend the halloween party- I was really loosing my hope🥲
I felt so sorry for Gabe, even after the epilogue... I know he's done horrible and inexcusable things (let me tell you, I was sobbing most of the time) and yet I still feel a little sorry for him, yes he could've (and should've!!) definitely gotten help in any form but he also had a horrible trauma that I don't wish on anyone. ...But after all, they were just kids, how was Lincoln supposed to see/know just how bad things were?
So.. to sum it up - I fucking loved this
