Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How It Can Help You Find-and Keep-Love by Rachel S.F. Heller, Amir Levine

3.0

I think it's a good intro in attachment styles.

I started the book with little knowledge in attachment styles so I appreciated the simple explanations and activities to understand the 3 attachment styles as well as discover my and my partner's style.

Upon researching more, I realized now how the text was lacking in exploring other factors that contribute to our relationships. There's also the issue of only focusing on 3 styles and not introducing others.

I still think this is a good book for beginners who wants to expand their knowledge in bettering themselves and their relationships.
