Some things are enforced through repetition and the art of mastering our subconscious thought is one of those. I've read this book three times over the last few months and every single time it unlocks something new and different and helps me retrain my brain in a positive focus to take control of my thoughts. There are SO many resources out there that help with this, but this particular book frames science in a way that helps me to make the necessary changes to my daily routine for positive, and lasting brain re-wiring. Highly recommend.
