Twelve Days
by Teresa Hill
This was a fairly decent read. The story was engaging enough that I never got bored but...
It was just too much. Just way too damn much. You know when you go to make chocolate milk and you're pouring the syrup in and up to a point it's chocolatey goodness but if you let a six year old do it you'll take one sip, have a mouthful of cavities and vomit everywhere?
This is like a six year old making chocolate milk.
Too much drama, too much navel gazing, too much tragedy to try and make you feel sympathetic for characters who do too much whining.
Too damn much.
