This book was not only bad, but boring. As someone who frequently loves “bad writing” because it’s entertaining, this book was not fun or a display of skilled writing. It glamorized and forgave abusive behavior, it engaged with a lot of bigotry and affirmed it. I would not recommend this to anyone, I found myself constantly pushing to read even 30 pages at a time.
