I hate fads. If something is hyped up, I will generally run the other way. That is why I always balked at the idea of reading Twilight. Funny then, that Meyers has become one of my favorite authors. Something about her writing makes it impossible for me to put down. I enjoyed this series immensely. They were great summer reads for me. A nice escape from the craziness of 2021.
