4.5 - Holy shit. I loved this even more than I thought I would despite it not being anything like I was expecting. The use of reports and testimonies from outside sources only makes the case more confusing, Mary's unreliable narration and voice was a rollercoaster and I spent the entire time trying to figure out what the hell had actually happened. Every character is flawed (some I found a bit too one dimensional which kept me from giving 5 stars along with some situations that felt a bit too forced for me), the case is interesting but the best part of it all was undoubtedly the feeling of dread and sickness it gave me until the very end.
