I wasnt ready. Abby has a way of writing such real, heartbreaking, and beautiful stories with fully developed interesting characters, and The Friend Zone is no exception. Her books have so much more depth than the titles suggest. I find myself completely engrossed with every page and fully invested in the character's finding their HEAs. I absolutely adored Josh and his fawning over Kristin. Their miscommunications and misunderstandings felt honest and not at all forced. Great tension, Lots of swoony moments, giggles, and a few tears too.

No typical 3rd act breakup.
Mild spice.
