The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown

5.0

The Da Vinci Code is an excellent novel that makes you think about the history and symbology of many religions, specifically Christianity, and not just accept that what you believe is true. The rituals, architecture & secret societies are all factual and took place in real life, which further leaves the reader in awe of the tale. The use of various artworks and powerful icons such as Leonardo da Vinci and Isaac Newton is also cleverly done. Some of the rituals done by the secret societies can be questionable at first, but once you understand the symbology behind them, it makes more sense. An excellent read for readers who love puzzles, conspiracy theories, treasure hunts & finding meaning in seemingly obvious places.
