This is one of the best stories of the last couple years (thanks, pandemic, for delaying the last few issues.) Topical, relevant, and holding more than one mirror up to our current society and situation (re: social media, memes, emotional engagement, race relations, police relations), Jemisin again knocks it out of the park and made me think and feel as I went on a wild ride with her story. Also kudos to the art team for also killing it on each issue. Well worth your read if you enjoy superhero comics, mature comics, and big thoughts.
