kevinc 's review for:
James Potter and the Hall of Elders' Crossing
by G. Norman Lippert
This really started off well, firmly in the world created by Rowling. Unfortunately a quarter of the way through the author changes some fundamental things that we know about life at Hogwarts. I couldn't get past the changes which I felt were inconsistent.
If the author created his own world perhaps I could enjoy his writing, however I found the writing style was just too different to Rowling to feel like anything other than fan fiction.
