I liked how the title, Outline, coincides with each chapter outlining the characters introduced. There was a disconnect with the book, I'm not sure if it was the bluntness of the writing or the fact that the characters were not meant to stick with you. It felt like you got an inside scoop on the person you passed by earlier in the day.  I enjoyed it but im not sure if im going to finish the series.
