Unsettling, eerie and sad. Is the narrator insane or is the world insane? a little of both? an interesting take on a murder mystery, where a murder seemingly never took place. but then it seems like it did, that it wasn’t invented. Well written, an examination of an old woman who has to live with regret, who has never been treated well or respected. sad.
