Cute little cozy Christmas read! I expected it to be more of a romance, but ended up being a tiny Christmas mystery? The relationship between the FMC and her great aunt was very sweet and sad and I was happy with the resolution that she got. Theo was a fun addition and I enjoyed their banter and going on this little adventure together, the tiny bit of romance/banter was cute, but it left me wanting more so all in all, nothing super special!
The plot was mostly about the book hunt which was neat, but there wasn’t much development outside of that. It being a short story, I don’t expect a lot of depth, but was still surprised about how little this had? Not bad, not amazing.. short enough and still semi christmasy and interesting enough for a quick change up!
