Six Months Later

Not a bad book.
From a writer's perspective, I don't understand why Julien had to die. Her death didn't do much for the plot. Sure, the characters were upset about her death, but that wasn't the point of the book. I think Dr. Kirkpatrick's death was enough for the book. Her dying showed how much danger they were in already. Julien was already sick from the study group experiment, it would have been nice to see her live through the story and get help for that. Just my thoughts and perspective as a writer.
