Love in Lowercase by Francesc Miralles

This book was strange, but in a good way. The main character reminded me of Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang Theory in the way in which he thought and some of his mannerisms. He finds his carefully constructed world completely askew after a cat finds him and decides to stay, setting off a course of crazy events. The book is full of literary and music references and has a slightly different world viewpoint than most fiction I usually read (probably due to the fact that it was translated from another language). It was full of twists and turns and a nice summer read. I recommend it to anyone who wants "something different" that could steer you in other directions with its references.
