The Ornithologist's Field Guide to Love
by India Holton
This was a whole lot of fun! I really enjoyed it. There’s something so endearing about scholarly, socially awkward people finding love. And it was done so well!!
The cleverest thing about this book was how it was written. It felt almost like a play with its quirky characters, quippy dialogue, and truly hilarious plot.
The only reason I’m knocking it down a star is because I think the romance got a little too into the physical aspects. I loved the romance generally, but I think the sensual levels could have been toned down a bit to make it perfect.
Otherwise, greatly enjoyed this read!
