4.5
This volume takes everything that was great about the first volume and just piles more layers on. I will say that some might find the early school scenes a bit slow. I loved them but adjusted off a perfect 5 for that minor potential gripe some might have.
Graphic: Torture
Moderate: Blood, Bullying, Animal cruelty, Body shaming, Classism, Confinement, Gore, Gun violence, Injury/Injury detail, Misogyny, Sexism, and Violence
The triggers in the moderate category are similar to how harsh they are in the first volume in that they’re used to show the main characters jobs and senses of morality. The graphic trigger is tied to a reveal that I won’t elaborate on. It might not actually be that aggressive to some but it was still shocking to a degree in that it was more brutal than other examples before it.
