And I finally found it

A book that would sweep me off my feet, doubt anything that I believed about the storyline, convinced me to love all the characters even if flawed and shock me.

Godkiller is a novel about four different characters, Kissen a godkiller, Inara a girl connected to Skedi, god of white lies and Elo a knight as they all adventure into a secret mission to go meet gods.

The world and characters of this novel were outstanding. Kissen was such a badass, Elo was so kind even considering everything he’s gone through and Inara had such an amazing growth from the beginning of the story. I haven’t loved a book so much in a couple of months now, the only books that were five stars recently have been all re-reads so although I had high expectations for this, it totally shook me how much I loved it.

The ending has destroyed me, I had to hold in the tears because I had to go to work, but I don’t know how I’m going to cope until the sequel comes out. If you haven’t read this please do!

Tropes: found family, amazing world building, high stakes.
