Educated by Tara Westover

4.0

A memoir written from one's powerful true story. Tara westover, uneducated girl who grew up on mountain and raised by isolated family. Her father has paranoid delusion thoughts of sending kids to school or even go to hospital. He believe it's controversy with god. It's a pure SIN and socialist brainwashing. (He's undiagnosed as bipolar disorder yet) By the way narration is absolutely realistic. I admire how strive tara was before she can overcame every struggles to attended in Cambridge&Haward University. I feel little thriller vibe from this book when She faced emotional and physical abuse by her family members. It's well written beautiful, dramatic and needless to say, it's HEARTBREAKING at the same time.

Not sure if in the future tara's story will appear in my thought again or not.
