This was my first Jennifer Millikin book and I absolutely devoured this story.

Paisley’s younger sister is getting married to her ex-boyfriend, and Paisley is the maid of honor. The wedding is taking place at Paisley’s favorite island, and she struggles in attending the wedding but also being maid of honor.

Paisley bumps into Klein an old college classmate. She’s not fond of Klein, but Paisley is Klein’s the one that got away. Klein wrote a book, a publisher is interested, but he doesn’t have social media and the publisher of course doesn’t like that because he’s not known.

Paisley and Klein join forces, since Paisley owns a marketing firm, she will help him get into the social media and Klein will be the fake boyfriend and attend the week long wedding festivities.

This story is funny, spicy and romantic. Paisley and Klein are my second favorite couple that I have read about. I loved this book!
