In the 4th book of the Tokyo Ghoul series we Meet Shuu Tsukiyama, also known as the Gourmet. Ken has his monthly checkup at the doctor's office, but what is it with the blood count? Touka once mentioned that the RC count in a ghoul’s blood differs greatly from that of a human… then why does Ken’s get classified as ok? Is the doctor deliberatly witholding information… or does it have something to do with Ken being a special kind of ghoul? Also, did Rize have a family?

Hide is keen on finding out who killed the CCG investigator, and is pretty good at putting things together. It makes Ken worried, if Hide can get so close to the truth, then will the investigators be able to do the same?

I do have to mention that the way the emotions accompanied with reading a book are described is really nice. It makes me tingle with excitement.

"Only when I am immersed in a book am I able to forget who I am. "

Ken wants to know more about the night Rize was killed, but information isn't free. He agrees to providing info about the special restaurant from the Gourmet to Itori, who will, in turn, provide the information Ken is looking for. But going further in the book we get to know that Shuu Tsukiyama (the Gourmet) is a ghoul going to great lengths for flavor. And to him, Ken is like the Wagyu of ghouls.

The ending... well, let's say I'll be grabbing book 5 because I want to know more!
