Incredible world building and great writing. A realistic development arc for the main character was really refreshing and I love that she stays true to who she was in the beginning and doesn’t get lost or turn into someone different. The romance was so sweet and just the right touch, not overtaking the plot. The emotions in this book felt so real, the author did a great job of bringing such dark battles and abstract magic to life. Really enjoyed!
