The world of London Reapers and Japanese Shinigami collide in this story of Ren and her search for herself. Along the way we meet an interesting cast of characters that develop in unexpected ways. 

The ending was not exactly what I expected, but I'm looking forward to the second book later this year to see how Ren struggles and comes to term with the decisions she made.
