The sexual content is pretty graphic, and the characters engage in dom/sub BDSM practices throughout, some of which are public. The FMC also has trouble noticing when her body needs food, sleep, etc.; it's not downright an eating disorder, but that aspect is part of her character and a substantial part of her development.
