Emaddin Adventures by Omar Pasha
4.0

• This book is the retelling of one of the famous stories from 1001 Arabian nights “Aladdin and the magic lamp”.
• The story is about the Omran Sultan of Baghdad. He is kind and a man of equity. But his best friend and minister Aqrab plot against him. however you will not found any genie and magic lamp, but the story is full of magic and fantasy worlds. The book is all about kindness, betrayal, greed, loyalty, and magic.
• My fav character in this book is Zeriab. He is calm, philosopher, and master of white magic. I found him genie of Emmadin’s life.
• Omar Pasha describes Baghdad very beautifully. I learn many facts about Baghdad like the paper machine invention and it amused me that Baghdad had a proper sewer system and bathrooms in 13 centuries.
• I believe that the author retells the story very carefully, you will not miss the feel of folk tales and fairy tales. This is a quick and joy ride for fantasy book lovers.
