I received an advance copy of this book. I really liked Sloan and her sister. Some of the plot seemed unbelievable, but not in a bad way. I appreciated that it is set in Maryland, so there was familiarity built in for me. In the end, I had become invested in the characters and I was happy with how the story wrapped up. Maybe there will be another with the same family?
