At first, I gave this book a 4.75 because I LOVED it but I hated how sad it was. But after some re-evaluation, this book DESERVES a 5. My first 5-star of the year. This book was recommended to me by my mom who read and watched the movie. I loved the romance. Gus and Hazel's chemistry was SO good. I was just surprised because of how many people have cancer. You think its rare but, yes I know this is fiction but it can still apply to real life, there are so many people struggling with cancer. ANYWAYS VERY good yet depressing book and I would recommend this book. I'm excited to watch the movie!

After movie: THE MOVIE DESTROYED ME MORE THEN THE BOOK!! The thing that really bothered me (which I can look over) is when
they’re in the anne frank house and talking (which is a bit rude) and making out. AND the people CLAP?? That really pissed me off for some reason.
But other than that, AMAZING movie loved it.
