I was a little hesitant to start this book. My friend repeatedly told my how amazing it was and that I should read it but I kept putting it off because I didn't want to be disappointed. I quickly found out how right my friend was about this book. I just couldn't put it down, and I wanted my very own Sam to keep. I started bringing it on the bus to work with me and almost missed my stop a few times because I was drawn to the story. While there are a few similarities with the Twilight series (small towns, a daughter who cooks for a family that has no idea how) this book is much better. Just like with every book there were the little things that bugged me (such as her parents being practically nonexistent in Grace's life) and things that I wish weren't there, but all in all this book was great and I enjoyed reading it.
