I didn't like this book quite as much as I did the first, as I'm not too keen on pining being written as "omg, he's/she's so hot" as the characters main thoughts. However, I do really love this group of Witches and their town. This one does also have a miscommunication trope. It didn't really bother me here, as it's well explained why these two didn't talk to each other for a while but it does create some tension when they are forced to work together.

I believe I will continue reading and collecting this series for as many books as Lana chooses to write.
