To say I enjoyed this book would be an understatement. I had to put off finishing it until I could get the second one so I wouldn't be left on what I was sure would be a heart wrenching cliffhanger. The ending wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but it still felt really tropey. The buildup of the MC relationship was really obvious, but they usually are in romantic books.  This book was better than I expected, however I feel had I been paying closer attention, I would have found it full of plot holes. But tbh I was just in it for the vibes.
