Taming Demons for Beginners by Annette Marie

I loved this book! I love all of Annette Marie’s books, but this one might be my new favorite!
Robin Page knows magic history but has always been told to stay away from magic itself. Then she discovers that her uncle is an illegal demon summoner, and things go from 0-60 quickly! She meets and somehow accidentally befriends a rare demon. I loved how they became friends (I’d like you too if you baked me cookies all the time)!
And the demon, whoo boy! If you’ve read Marie’s Steel and Stone series, then imagine Ash but without the human rules. I really enjoyed the old married couple bickering Robin and Zylas do. It’s one of the most surefire ways to know they care about each other!
I can’t wait to read the next book in this companion series to Guide Codes: Spellbound. If you like fantasy, and slow burn bickering couples grab this book!
