The Magician's Nephew by C.S. Lewis

i listened to this on a drive at the weekend and i needed something to take my mind off things. so i choose this. i'd never read this, even though i'd read the others. so it was pleasant surprise to find out how the wardrode became "The Wardrobe" that Lucy, Susan, Peter and Edmund discovered and then ventured into Narnia. Yes its a very old fashioned story and some people might be put off by the use of proper english language but for me this added to the magic of the story. This was a pleasant listen and it was the BBC adaptation so i can highly recommend.
