It's amazing how different foods and trends tend to come back around full circle. Although written in 1974, many of these recipes feel very fresh and modern. I will not be trying the meat recipes, but there is a wealth of recipes for seafood, sandwiches, vegetables, and breads that I cannot wait to try out.
