Absolutely loved this book. It 4 short stories set in a coffee shop in Japan. The charaters go to the past to speak to a loss one. All the stories continued onwards from each other; focusing on a different character. You get to learn more about each character and their past with every story (even if they aren't the main focus).
I loved the way they portrayed loss if different way (
moving away, dementia/Alzheimer's & death
) and how the characters where hopeful about their relationship with their loss one.
The characters don't change too much throughout the book (especially personality wise) but their perspective on life their relationships do. And it is done in the most beatuiful way.
