Favorite book of all time so far. I wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I did. I found this book just browsing through books online and the cover pulled me in, which is weird in and of itself because I hate butterfly’s like so bad, they just creep me out. So I don’t know why I was drawn in but once I was and read the blurb I was sold. I’m so glad I decided to pick it up and then actually pick it up. I tend to buy a book but not read it right away and idk something about this one just called to me and I picked it up pretty quickly after buying it. I read it in a couple days not because I was bored and couldn’t have finished it in one sitting because I so could have I was just busy but I’m glad I didn’t binge it completely because it really built up my emotions and feelings for the main character and her journey. I just love the main character. To death. Literally. I wish I could be friends with her. I feel like I understand her motives for her brother and also I get his reaction too. This whole story was just so beautifully crafted and with poetic writing but not over the top for a novel. Also the inclusions about language were just so intriguing of an aspect.
