Claire Kingsley has done it again, the perfect story matched to the prefect sibling. MMC past Luke with FMCs past with Melanie is at the center. She is a divorcee who moved home to Tillikum, while Luke never left. The have reasons to believe they hate each other but read to find out if the heart of this anger is hurt and feelings which never changed. This is a story of finding love again. The plot  and character driven narrative is in equal balance. I highly recommend Whispers and wildfire by Claire Kingsley, while and independent stand alone if you’ve not picked up other book in Haven brothers series first I recommend doing so. Tropes to love are second chance romance, no third act break up, high school sweethearts, strong swoony cinnamon role hero, loveable black cat female, romantic suspense , bone chilling bad guy, it’s always been you and spice.
