I wanted to really like this book but in the end it was just kind of meh...
While the writing was okay and maybe I can blame it on the mood I was in but this story felt incredible disjointed at times. I would be reading it then something would be said or something along that line and I felt like I had missed something that was said earlier. This lead me to go back a few times to see if I missed something. It was like being apart of a group and they all have an inside joke that I know nothing about. Because of this it was really easy for me to set it down and pick something else up. It also made it really easy to not care about the characters because half the time i had no idea what was going on anyway.
