this was a beautiful perspective of the trojan war from the women who were left behind. at first it was a little confusing with the alternating povs but once i got used to it i was able to enjoy it a lot more. the wives, the daughters, the goddesses, all of their perspectives and stories from the war were devastatingly beautiful and i wish to know more about them.

greek mythology retellings have always been a love of mine so i’ll be looking forward to reading more of her work in the future
