Finished this book only because I’m stubborn… not knowing anything about Chang I was interested to read a memoir that talks about the restaurant industry but learned only that he’s a self-aggrandizing self-indulgent dude that spent the whole time justifying being an a**hole because he’s apparently ‘self-aware’.
