I admired it more than loved it. The ways the character arcs went were pleasingly contrasted. It must take such a brain and intricate plotting to make it all work. And I think that's why it was more admiration than anything.

I cannot forgive her for killing Bear off. And why was such a capable man so foolish as to not realise he was having an allergic reaction and call an ambulance or try to get Lily sooner ? I can well imagine that that could happen, the way it was written gave me the feeling he knew almost from the start and he made sure his child didn't see him dying rather than trying to prevent his own death. I was nearly done with it at that point but there was some pay off in the other story lines. And the thread that had Felix in it had a date with Cora 20 years ago, plus he was widowed which didn't make any sense. So maybe that's the other thing,  with such an ambitious structure there are bound to be errors that stand out because you really notice the structure.
