This is a nice cute cowboy romance and a good start of this series- Longhorn Canyon. The ranch brings in kids from the city for five weeks and they need a girls bunkhouse mom- Retta steps in. This is a chemistry of Cade and Retta that start once she walks into her interview. Its a slow burn but with some steam- (closed door). The kids make a great part of this book and not much with the couple. The kids are really the star of this book.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the series and what happens with the characters we meet in this one.
