It's been a while before this book that I'd read a mystery or thriller novel and this was such a great way to return to the genre.
Though time travel will always make things go wibbly wobbly, I loved how the characters built on each other and how the MMC collected pieces of the puzzle through every turn.
One of the hosts and the footmen escaped me a bit, as to their purpose, other than adding some danger and pressure, but not enough to make me dislike or disengage with the story.
