Must read for anyone who works with teens. Slater is a great reporter who tackles difficult topics with nuance and care. Her understanding of intersectionality paired with today's climate online is impressive.
As a new teacher who is often dealing with instances of racism and misogyny at school, this book helped me feel seen. I always want to learn more about how I can best tackle these issues in a sensitive way, and this book helped me realize I'm not alone.
